About Elev8

The High-Density Network for Global Tech Leaders

The Room Andrew Wished He Had.

Elev8 was born from the 15-year journey of Andrew Kim. From scaling Uber and CloudKitchens across 15 countries to advising top-tier firms on Asia market entry, Andrew saw a singular truth: as a leader moves higher, the room gets smaller and the problems get heavier.

He built Elev8 not as a networking club, but as the private sanctuary he wished had existed during his own scaling journey. It is a high-density space where the only currency is experience and the only objective is tactical truth.

Trust is the Product

At this level, the most valuable asset isn't information; it's unfiltered trust. In Elev8, when a member needed to restructure an engineering team from 80 people down to 30 without losing momentum, they didn't get a theoretical framework. They got the direct playbook from another member who had executed that exact transition three times before. This is tactical reciprocity: the ability to borrow the "scars" of peers to avoid making the same mistakes yourself.

No Applications. No Waitlists.

Elev8 is intentionally small to ensure the trust stays real. There is no waitlist. You join because a current member vouched for your character and the room voted for your expertise. We do not scale for the sake of numbers; we optimize for density. By keeping the circle tight, we ensure that every conversation remains high-stakes and high-value.
